The Cognac Room features stunning original timber panelling, local hardwood flooring, built in bench seats and timber mantles. With modernisation by the addition of a cleverly hidden dimmable lighting system (titled Sunrise-Sunset) and a traditional Blacksmith candelabra, is certainly an evening gathering favourite.  Also featuring a hidden cavity sliding partition, large French windows and a set of double French doors leading onto the Vista Verandah.
