Subtle lighting and an enchanting setting deliver a feeling of relaxation as you enter the building. Warm & romantic beautifully complementing the free flowing architectural lines. All lighting has been tastefully fitted with dimmers to set the scene throughout the venue for every occasion.

3 Phase power has also been supplied ready for connection for the future inclusion of a commercial kitchen. Further, three dedicated power circuits will operate the 7kw off peak commercial hot water service and cool room compressor (compressor not supplied).

Rainwater collection:
Two full 4500lt tanks for the capture and re-use of rainwater for external use. At the height of summer there will be no need to waste our valuable drinking water on the garden.

At the rear of the property in the services compound is the provision for a 45,000lt rainwater collection tank for the purposes of bathroom usage dishwashing laundry and cleaning. Remember, every little bit counts with water being our most precious resource.

Landscaped Garden:
With water conservation being a priority, the forty species of plants were chosen not only for their flowers and foliage but for their ability to withstand a hot dry summer. Heavy usage of mulch inhibits the evaporative loss of water from the soil. 9000lt water tanks supply water for garden saving both money and water.

Heating and cooling:
Installed with the maximum amount of enviro-friendly polyester insulation in subflooring, walls and ceiling. DeVine features energy efficient split systems throughout the venue as well as two original open fireplaces. Double glazing and solarfilm coated windows and doors.
